Terms of use

Plain terms for using Yoo Dai.

Last updated 27 October 2026.

Not legal advice

Yoo Dai explains Thai visa and immigration rules from official sources, with the date we last checked each one. It is not legal advice and it does not decide anything. Immigration officers decide every case, offices apply rules differently, and rules can change without notice. You are responsible for your own applications, dates and documents. Yoo Dai prepares; you file.

Membership

Some features need a membership: 19.99 US dollars a year or 3.99 US dollars a month, or the same price in your local currency as shown by Apple. There is no free trial. Apple bills you and renews the membership automatically until you cancel it in your Apple Account settings, at least a day before the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple. Always free: the visa questions, the passport scan, your days left and days in Thailand, 90 day reports, trips and reminders, My plans, the first day playbook, the guides and Safety.

Tips you send

When you send a tip or report, you allow Yoo Dai to use it, to rewrite it in our own words and to count it in member numbers. We never publish your words with your name, because we do not have it. Do not send anyone's personal details, and do not send anything you do not have the right to share.

Partners

Partner and Sponsored offers are marked as such. Partners never change visa paths, rules or member numbers. Your dealings with a partner are between you and that business.

Using the app

Use Yoo Dai for your own stay. Do not copy the content in bulk, try to break the service, or send junk through the tip forms.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the information correct and show when each rule was last checked, but we cannot promise it is complete or current on the day you use it. To the extent the law allows, Yoo Dai is not responsible for a refusal, a fine, an overstay or any other loss that comes from relying on the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top and, for anything important, tell you in the app.

Still to decide before launch: the legal name of the business and which country's law applies.
